Qualifications

• Prep/Line cook in a high-volume, fine dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of basic cooking, plating, and knife skills.
• Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure foods are finished in a timely, high-quality manner in compliance with sanitation guidelines.
• Follow executive or sous chef’s instructions and report as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and equipment per health guidelines.
• Know and apply standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules.
• Stock and maintain adequate levels of ingredients at line stations.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and assist team members.
• Follow organized service steps to ensure accuracy during busy periods.
