Bartolino’s in St. Louis is hiring a skilled Line Cook to prepare high-quality Italian dishes and maintain kitchen standards. You will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver authentic flavors with attention to detail.

You will set up stations, cook during busy periods, and follow safety guidelines while collaborating with front-of-house to ensure timely service. Prior line cook experience is preferred, with training available, and you must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to

Qualifications

• Experience as line cook is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
