The role offers growth from Lead Cook through potential progression, with opportunities across full-time and part-time schedules. You will work in a standards-driven kitchen, maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards.
• Begin food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over-prepare estimated needs.
• Date all food containers and rotate per company standards, keeping perishables at proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set-up, and note shortages.
