Job summary

Kith Treats in West Hollywood is seeking a Line Cook to bring the guest dining experience to life by executing all menu items to brand standards, from prep to plating, in a fast-paced environment.

Under the Kitchen Manager, you will work with back-of-house and front-of-house staff, maintain hygiene and safety, stock supplies, and help ensure high-quality food is served on all shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Open & flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, elevated dining environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• 2+ years of experience working with industrial kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and manage back-of-house and front-of-house supplies.
• Prepare and execute all menu items from prep to plating.
• Cook items to brand/company standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff for efficient flow.
• Follow chef directions and communicate with staff.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work space.
• Familiarize with menu items and dietary needs.
• Monitor prep stations and food storage; ensure timely output.
• Assist leadership with housekeeping tasks.
