Qualifications
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience (preferred)
- Basic math skills for quick calculations
- Legible handwriting for orders and notes
- Strong customer service and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Know menu items, portions, methods, and standards; ensure quality with each plate
- Work with Chef to ensure consistency on every plate
- Manage timing to deliver tickets promptly during service
- Assist in maintaining clean, stocked workstation and safe knife handling
- Support other kitchen stations during peak hours and prep as needed
- Arrive in full uniform and follow opening/closing checklists
