• Basic math skills required for portioning and costing.
• Strong customer service and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Know and understand every menu item and adhere to quality standards.
• Work with the Chef to ensure consistency on every plate.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation; follow safety rules.
• Communicate proactively with team to manage timing during service.
• Assist with deliveries and opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Arrive promptly in full uniform and follow the manager's guidance.
