Qualificações

• Kitchen experience (at least 1 year).
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, count change).
• Legible handwriting.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Know and understand every item on the menu (including portions, methods, standards).
• Work with the Chef to ensure consistency on every plate.
• Manage timing to get tickets out efficiently.
• Stay focused on tasks during prime service hours and communicate with teammates.
• Help prep and stock when your station is ready.
• Keep station clean and stocked.
• Practice safe knife handling; seek training when needed.
• Assist in putting away deliveries.
