Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Prep Cook at Red Circle Inn in Wisconsin. You will follow standardized recipes, apply ServSafe guidelines, and maintain cleanliness. The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility for late nights, weekends, and holidays. Salary $18-$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a non-fast food restaurant and/or culinary training.
• ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for ingredient measurements.
• Able to work late nights, weekends and holidays; 18+ years old; able to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes.
• Maintain par levels and rotate stock as needed.
• Taste and check temperatures; ensure quality and portioning.
• Keep workstation clean and organized after each shift.
• Respect co-workers and contribute to a positive work environment.
