Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (preferred but not required).
• Professional knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and break down workstations.
• Follow daily prep lists and instructions provided by the supervisor and be ready for service by the specified times.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe workstations and equipment.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Work alongside and learn from experienced and knowledgeable chefs, including Executive Chef Michael Matarazzo, CEC and Executive Sous Chef Charles Figueroa, CEC.
