Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, maintain, and break down assigned stations.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and production sheets.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and on time for dining room service and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Follow food safety procedures including labeling and temperature control.
• Coordinate timing with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor inventory and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
