Big Al’s is seeking energetic kitchen staff to join our fast-paced, scratch kitchen team in Beaverton, OR. You will prepare and plate delicious dishes, manage prep tasks, and maintain a clean, safe line environment. This role offers hands-on training and room for growth within the company.

You’ll follow standardized recipes, ensure food safety, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Weekend, night, and holiday shifts are required, with a culture that rewards hard work and participation in

Qualifications

• Must be able to prep veggies, dough, and party food.
• Follow recipes strictly and minimize waste.
• Maintain kitchen safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Certification.

Responsibilities

• Rock the dish pit and keep things sparkling clean.
• Work the line to cook meals quickly and safely.
• Prepare and plate dishes to ensure visual appeal.
• Help with cleaning and food safety compliance.
• Work weekends, nights and holidays as required.
