Uptown Alley Surprise, AZ is seeking a motivated line cook to support our fast-paced kitchen, preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and maintaining mise en place for service.

Qualifications

• Certifications in food safety and sanitation required or preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desirable culinary training or vocational program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and specs.
• Assemble and organize ingredients for menu items.
• Stock and restock ingredients and supplies.
• Support sous chefs and chefs to ensure mise en place.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and safety.
