Big Al’s is seeking a motivated line cook to join our fast-paced scratch kitchen. You’ll prep ingredients, work the line, and plate meals while following recipes to ensure quality and minimize waste.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Certification.
• Availability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rock the dish pit and keep station sparkling.
• Prep vegetables, dough, and party foods.
• Work the line to cook meals quickly and safely.
• Plate dishes and follow recipes to minimize waste.
• Assist with cleaning and food safety compliance.
• Support with sweeping and mopping as needed.
