Responsibilities

• Adhere to portion control and food prep standards to maintain consistency and control costs.
• Monitor food temperatures and use thermometers to ensure proper cooking and storage temperatures.
• Report issues with food quality or delays to the kitchen coordinator or chef.
• Track inventory levels and alert management to low stock situations.
• Ensure all dishes leaving the station meet quality expectations.
• Follow procedures for handling allergies and dietary restrictions for guest safety.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and clean kitchen equipment.
