Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is hiring for a line cook/prep cook position in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment center. You will prep, cook, and plate menu items, maintain a clean work station, and support the service team to ensure timely delivery of meals.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience required.
• Guest focused mindset and teamwork are essential.
• Must be able to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prep and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Coordinate with Service Team for timely and accurate food delivery.
• Follow health department procedures and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and stocked station before and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties.
