Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.
• Stand, walk or bend for long periods and maintain focus.
• Strong teamwork and adherence to safety standards.
• Attention to detail and consistent food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion and cook menu items to quality specs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of kitchen equipment.
• Work as a team to meet prep and service standards.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and recipe directions during shifts.
• Restock and manage kitchen line as needed throughout shift.
