Valor Hospitality Partners is hiring a kitchen role to prepare culinary items for hotel guests and clients. The position emphasizes high-quality food appearance, proper production, and a clean, safe work environment.

You'll handle daily prep across pantry and various stations, ensuring timely, accurate meals while upholding sanitary standards and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; culinary certificate preferred.
• Experience in food/beverage service environment is helpful.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time and manage portions.
• Assemble orders accurately and maintain buffet readiness.
• Rotate perishables and maintain proper temperatures.
• Check pars, plan prep, and assist in buffet stock.
• Return unused items to storage and date/cover perishables.
• Help control food cost and waste; support management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
