Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards in assigned area.
• Keep storage areas organized and clean.
• Properly store and rotate food; manage inventory.
• Prepare food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets.
• Collaborate with the manager to create specials and menu variations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
