Toogie's Table is hiring a Line Cook to assist in daily kitchen operations, prepare dishes to the head chef's standards, and ensure sanitation and safety guidelines are followed. You will plate meals, maintain stock at cooking stations, and participate in pre-shift briefings to align on service details.

The role requires prior food service experience, attention to detail, and strong teamwork to support a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in related food service positions required.
• Knowledge of food health and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares soups, salads, and sauces as instructed by the head chef.
• Plates and garnish meal items in accordance with the instructions provided by the head chef.
• Cooks menu items in accordance with instruction provided by the head chef.
• Attends pre-shift meeting to review/communicate information regarding service, VIP's, Specials.
• Ensures that all cooking stations are adequately stocked with the necessary meal ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Ensures that all cooking stations and kitchen surfaces are cleaned and disinfected before and after each shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
