BENCHMARK is seeking a passionate culinary team member for the OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park. The ideal candidate will assist in food production and develop cooking skills while ensuring a clean and organized kitchen.

This role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, the ability to work various shifts, and a desire to exceed expectations. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $18-$20 along with comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
• Food Handler's certification or ability to obtain it.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in production and fabrication of food products.
• Develop knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
