Olde Silver Tavern, located in New Jersey, is seeking a Line Cook to join our busy kitchen. You will use high-quality ingredients to prepare meals for our guests and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and able to work quickly under pressure. You will set up the kitchen, collaborate with the team, and follow safety regulations to wow guests.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar line cook role is preferred.
• Commitment to high quality ingredients and safe food handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create menus according to season and customer research
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
• Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members
• Maintain inventory and restock when necessary
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
