Ascension Coffee is seeking a Line Cook to support the Kitchen Manager in all kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food preparation and presentation according to the Director of Culinary's standards.

Responsibilities include food prep, safety, sanitation, and maintaining recipes and presentation. The role involves assisting with equipment cleaning, off-site catering, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and open to feedback.
• Ability to stand for approximately 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all steps of food preparation.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Uphold company recipes and presentation standards for quality.
• Support kitchen equipment cleaning and daily maintenance checklists.
• Wash dishes as needed to support service flow.
