The Bartolotta Restaurants in Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare menu items according to standard recipes, maintain station setup, and work under senior culinary staff to deliver high-quality plates.

The role requires the ability to work fast-paced, learn sanitation and safety standards, and collaborate with a tight-knit crew. Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required; prior kitchen experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and workplace safety.
• Basic understanding of food-handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares menu items according to standard recipes, plate presentations and specifications in a timely manner.
• Responsible for sauces, pastas, and grilled items.
• Sets up workstation according to station diagram and inventory to Chef’s standards.
• Completes prep work to Chef’s standards.
• Maintains product presentation and cook times.
• Clean and sanitize work area before, during, and after shift.
• Performs side work and assists teammates as needed.
