Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Line Cook for Lucy's #7 Burger Bar in Beloit, Wisconsin. You will contribute to a fun, inviting atmosphere with signature Midwest offerings. The role emphasizes teamwork, kitchen safety, and delivering consistent, high-quality meals to guests.

You will be expected to know menu items, work closely with the Chef to ensure on-time service, and maintain a clean, organized station. Join a team that values hard work and guest satisfaction every day.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Kitchen experience preferred but not required, basic math skills required, must be able to add, subtract, have legible handwriting, and strong customer service and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Know and understand every item on the menu and portion sizes; ensure quality and consistency.
• Work with the Chef to maintain absolute consistency on each plate.
• Maintain clean, stocked workstations and follow safety guidelines; assist with deliveries as needed.
• Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to opening/closing procedures and shift expectations.
