Aufgaben

• Prepare daily mise en place for assigned station.
• Assist in the preparation and serving all food items per standard recipes, with heavy items as needed.
• Demonstrate basic knife skills and cutting methods for vegetables, herbs, fruits, potatoes.
• Assist with receiving and stocking the kitchen with raw materials and ingredients.
• Maintain sanitation and hygiene per health regulations and proper storage/stock rotations.
• Assist with inventory and portion control; ensure accurate weights.
• Report hazards and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Follow Rainbow Room policies and cross-train as required.
