Esplanade Madeira Ranch, Elk Grove, CA, is hiring a Full-Time Line Cook to join a fast-paced, chef-driven dining team opening a new private restaurant and bar. You will work with an Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus, elevated bar offerings, and curated wine pairings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepares sufficient quantities of food according to production plan.
• Maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Alerts supervisor of equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages.
• Requisitions inventory and receives supplies for daily production.
