Responsibilities

• Prepares hot items for breakfast bar and restaurant per menu specifications.
• Maintains food temperatures in warmers.
• Prepares appropriate amount of food based on hotel occupancy.
• Ensures quality and presentation of dishes.
• Garnishes orders as received and ensures plate presentation.
• Checks coolers and storage areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Requisitions food with approvals per policy.
• Operates ranges, ovens, broilers, fryers, griddles and utensils.
• Attends to restaurant customer needs and addresses dissatisfaction.
• Ensures breakfast area is ready for customers.
• Checks workstations are stocked, neat and orderly.
• Inspects dining area readiness for customers.
