Job summary

The Firebrand Hotel in downtown Whitefish seeks a Line-Cook to join our food and beverage team. Earn $21-$25 per hour DOE as you stock stations, prep ingredients, grill and sauté, and help keep the kitchen flowing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Strong teamwork and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Stock and set up kitchen stations.
• Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and sauces.
• Cook food items by grilling, sautéing, and other methods to recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage to sanitation standards.
• Plate foods per senior chefs' guidance and ensure timely orders with servers.
• Keep equipment in good working condition and perform routine checks.
• Wash and clean kitchen and cooking equipment at end of shifts.
• Follow health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
