Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, Averill Hospitality, seeks a Breakfast Cook to join our food and beverage team at a lakefront resort setting in Whitefish, MT. Earn $22-$25 hourly DOE and enjoy perks such as discounted rooms and spa/retail benefits.

You will stock and set up stations, prepare dishes, plate items, and work with servers to ensure timely orders while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant or related field.

Responsibilities

• Stock and set up kitchen stations.
• Prepare food by cutting, chopping, mixing and preparing sauces.
• Cook items by grilling, sautéing and other methods per recipes.
• Plate prepared foods per senior chef’s guidance.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure timely orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with sanitation requirements.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; follow maintenance programs.
• Assist with end-of-shift cleaning of the kitchen.
