Qualifications

• Experience in full-service restaurant or culinary operation.
• Time management and organization are required.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.
• Food Handler Certification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality presentation of all food to guests.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food at line stations.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules.
• Prevent spoilage and contamination by proper sanitation and health-compliant practices.
• Maintain a clean work station and all equipment.
• Assist in daily cleaning of pantry, line, prep kitchen, dish area, stairs, walk-in and prep area.
