Qualifications

• Prior banquet or cook experience preferred; Food Handler Certificate if applicable.
• Clear communication and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read recipes and follow instructions.
• Strong love for cooking and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality food items for events in a timely, consistent manner.
• Set up food stations for events as designed and requested.
• Maintain sanitation and safety with daily cleaning and labeling.
• Follow quality standards and attendance policies.
• Work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
