Job summary

Grande Dunes Ocean Club in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a part-time Line Cook to join Troon’s hospitality team. You will prep foods for restaurant and banquet operations, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to guest satisfaction.

Education: High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience, or equivalent. We require basic English communication and adherence to food safety standards; physical demands include standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to read and speak English may be required.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training.

Responsibilities

• Prepares various food products for restaurant and banquet operations.
• Maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Alerts chef or supervisor to equipment breakdowns, overages, or shortages.
• Requisitions inventory and receives supplies for daily production.
• Ensures proper storage, rotation, and dating of food items.
