Qualifications

• Prior line cook or prep cook experience in cafe, bakery, or casual dining.
• Know basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety protocols.
• Able to follow recipes, portions, and procedures accurately.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipe, portioning, and service standards.
• Assist with daily prep, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients.
• Operate ovens, grills, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food levels and restock stations during service.
• Label, date, and store food items to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
