maman is a french bakery, café and lifestyle brand. We are seeking a Line Cook to prepare and cook high-quality menu items in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring consistency, safety, and presentation that aligns with maman’s standards.

You will collaborate with BOH and FOH, support daily prep, and help maintain a positive guest experience. Ideal candidates have prior kitchen experience in cafés or bakeries, strong time management, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience (café, bakery, or casual dining preferred).
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety protocols.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of urgency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe, portions, and standards.
• Assist with daily prep and station restocking.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow food safety guidelines.
• Support FOH team and communicate professionally with colleagues.
