Qualifications

• At least previous line cook or prep cook experience in café or bakery.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to maman's recipes and standards.
• Assist with daily prep including chopping and measuring ingredients.
• Operate ovens, grills, mixers, and slicers safely.
• Monitor food levels and restock stations during service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety guidelines.
• Communicate issues to Kitchen Leader to maintain quality and consistency.
• Support FOH team to ensure smooth operations.
