Big Sky Resort in Montana seeks a Line Cook to fuel unforgettable culinary experiences on the line, mastering high-energy sautéing and fine dining presentation. You will grow alongside seasoned professionals in one of the world’s most inspiring mountain destinations, contributing to hospitality and culinary excellence.

You will maintain mise en place, follow standardized recipes, and ensure order, sanitation, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for culinary arts and hospitality
• Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with urgency and accountability

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate visually appealing, high-quality dishes on the line with focus and positivity
• Own your station with order, sanitation, and mise en place throughout your shift
• Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines with precision, including allergy protocols
• Rotate into support roles to ensure a seamless kitchen operation
• Uphold brand standards, kitchen procedures, and inventory systems
• Accept feedback with a growth mindset and coachability from culinary leadership
• Learn and apply Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to contribute to guest service excellence
