Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior kitchen experience preferred.
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipes and guidelines.
• Assist in setting up and stocking line stations.
• Assist with plating and portioning to presentation standards.
• Coordinate with cooks and service staff for smooth service.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure food safety standards.
• Label, date, and rotate stored food.
• Close out stations, clean and organize kitchen areas.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
