Requirements include previous line cook or prep cook experience, knowledge of basic cooking techniques, strong time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience in café/bakery/dining preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety protocols.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and SOPs.
• Strong time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Urgency and reliability are essential in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with maman’s recipes, portions and service standards.
• Assist with daily prep: chopping, measuring, and mise en place.
• Operate ovens, grills, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with food safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure timely service and quality.
