maman is a french bakery, café and lifestyle brand with locations across North America. The Line Cook will prepare and cook high-quality items in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring consistency, safety, and presentation to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates have bakery/café experience, knowledge of basic cooking techniques, strong time management and a sense of urgency. Early shifts, ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and collaboration with FOH/BOH are required.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience in cafe, bakery, or casual dining.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety protocols.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and procedures.
• Strong time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to maman's recipes and standards.
• Assist with daily prep and ingredient assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and service.
