Job Overview

Ike’s Artisan Pizza is looking for creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated team members to make the magic happen in our kitchen. Our ideal candidate will be detail- and task-oriented, with experience working in a scratch kitchen, and eager to learn and follow procedures.

Positions Available

Prep Cook, Line Cook, and Pizza Cook.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh dough and pasta from start to finish.
• Use fryers, grills, and the famous pizza oven.
• Conduct early‑morning food preparations, including slicing, dicing, and layering pizzas.
• Maintain a sanitized and well‑organized kitchen.
• Prepare workstations, cook ingredients, and manage cooking equipment.
• Check the quality of ingredients and follow sanitation procedures.
• Arrange food and ensure appealing presentation.
• Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.
• Work collaboratively within the kitchen team, communicating effectively.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a cook.
• Skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
• Proficient in various cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with and adherence to sanitation procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and act quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
