Job summary

IronOaks at Sun Lakes seeks a Cook 3 to join the Food & Beverage Team. You will prepare, cook, and serve meals, covering multiple kitchen stations and following recipes to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least three years of commercial kitchen experience, a current Food Handlers card, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Current Food Handlers card.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work and master all kitchen stations.
• Prepare foods according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per schedule.
• Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
• Assist with carving, portioning, and garnishing.
• Collaborate with the team to meet guest needs.
