Luminary Hotel & Co. is seeking a Line Cook 3 for the Oxbow Bar & Grill in Fort Myers, FL. The role focuses on daily preparation, line cooking, and ensuring tasks meet Luminary and Mainsail Lodging standards.

You’ll work with a team to deliver consistent, high-quality plates in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a culinary kitchen, strong customer service, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Prior line cook experience in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to work long hours and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare vegetables, sauces, and meats per standards.
• Plate dishes according to chef specifications and maintain plating quality.
• Support line cooks, assist with expediting and kitchen flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all areas.
