Job summary

Bluestar Resort & Golf is hiring a Cook 3 to join the Food & Beverage team in Peoria, AZ. The cook will prepare and cook food, plate dishes, and ensure safety and quality throughout the kitchen.

The role requires at least three years of commercial kitchen experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and a current Food Handlers card. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years cooking in a commercial kitchen.
• High School diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
• Current Food Handlers card and ability to read safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Master all kitchen stations and assist in cooking and plating.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Read recipes and supervise food preparation and serving.
• Assist with inventory, prep, and line checks.
• Support Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef as needed.
