Qualifications

• Minimum of two years cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Current Food Handlers card.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work and master one kitchen station; take responsibility for personal decisions and actions.
• Ensure superior service standards meet guests' requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per schedule.
• Read cooking instructions and prepare ingredients per recipe.
• Carve, plate, and garnish food to fill orders.
