Job summary

Bluestar Resort & Golf in Rio Verde, AZ is seeking a Cook 2 to join our Food & Beverage team. You will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and serving, reporting to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.

The role requires at least two years of commercial kitchen experience, a Food Handlers card, and the ability to read recipes and safety rules. This full-time position offers hourly pay of $22–$24, with benefits including medical coverage after 60 days, 120 hours PTO, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Master one kitchen station and take responsibility for decisions.
• Ensure superior service standards for guests and staff.
• Respond quickly to and resolve guest or staff concerns as needed.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules to maintain sanitary environments.
• Read and execute cooking instructions.
