Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Cook 3 for IronOaks at Sun Lakes in Chandler/Sun Lakes, AZ. The Cook 3 will handle food preparation, cooking, and serving, reporting to Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.

The role requires at least three years in a commercial kitchen and a valid Food Handlers card, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Join a team focused on high standards, safety, and guest satisfaction in a busy food and beverage environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Current Food Handlers card required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Master all kitchen stations.
• Maintain superior service standards for guests and staff.
• Resolve guest or employee issues quickly and effectively.
• Follow daily cleaning schedule for sanitary kitchen operations.
• Prepare, cook and serve dishes per recipes and instructions.
• Carve, portion and plate foods with garnishes as orders fill.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
