About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team! You will prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes for our guests. As a breakfast-only restaurant, we operate early mornings with no evening shifts. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Schedule and Location

Early mornings are required (starting at 6:30 AM), and weekend availability is expected. We are open 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday) and 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday). We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Benefits

We offer health insurance, 401K, and paid sick leave for full-time employees. This is a tipped position, with tips distributed via paycheck. Paychecks are issued weekly. A Food Handlers card is required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a restaurant cook preferred
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours

Responsibilities

  1. Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary practices
  2. Check food and ingredient freshness, monitor stock, and rotate inventory
  3. Store and cook food at correct temperatures
  4. Season and cook food according to recipes
  5. Stir or turn foods for even cooking
  6. Respond professionally to guest and team feedback
