Summary

The Line Cook will prepare high-quality food products for guests while maintaining a clean and efficient environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Set up, work, and tear down assigned station, ensuring daily production.
  2. Use proper plating and cooking techniques.
  3. Cook using a Wok and handle food through the pass-through window.
  4. Organize and rotate stock.
  5. Follow sanitation and food handling practices.
  6. Prepare menu items quickly, consistently, and efficiently.
  7. Assist in prepping as needed.
  8. Clean work areas.
  9. Collaborate with team members.
  10. Communicate effectively with staff.
  11. Maintain quality and consistency of food and menus.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • At least six months of line cooking experience required, with preference for Asian food and Wok experience.
Skills/Knowledge
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Wok cooking preferred.
  • Multi-tasking ability.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely.

Physical Demands
