Responsible for food preparation and presentation in the Sky House kitchen. Full time and part time positions available.
Responsible for food preparation and presentation. Work in close liaison with chefs. Duties include food handling, storage, rotation, processing, and presentation. Must have fundamental knowledge of line cooking and health code. Must be willing to work as a team. Must be 14 years of age.
Food preparation expertise.
English reading, writing and communication, basic math

Combined standing/walking position for up to 8 hours per shift. Will stand in place for up to 30 minutes. Will get breaks as available. Will lift up to 25 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally. Will bend, squat, kneel, climb, twist, and reach above shoulder level on a frequent basis; will use hands for grasping and fine manipulation. Worksite is 90% inside & 10% outside and exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards. All sensory skills needed.
