Specialty Line Cook, Spencer's - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Spokane City Center

Work Location: DoubleTree Spokane / City Center, 322 North Spokane Falls Court, Spokane, 99220

The DoubleTree Spokane is seeking a full-time Specialty Line Cook. Candidates should have 2+ years of culinary experience and be eager to join an exceptional culinary team.

Schedule: Availability from 2 p.m. to 12 a.m. is required. Most shifts are from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with weekend shifts potentially extending to midnight. Weekend and holiday availability is a must.

Responsibilities: Maintain and set up the food production station, ensure quality control of all meat, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other food items prepared on the hot line. Work multiple kitchen stations including grill, sauté, and pantry. Maintain food quality and presentation, creating appealing plate designs.
